This policy explains how Outpace You (“we”) handles personal information on the outpaceyou.com website and in the apps we publish on the App Store. Each app also has its own privacy page, linked below, describing that app specifically.
The short version
We do not collect, store, sell, or share your personal information. Our apps contain no accounts, no analytics, no advertising, no tracking technologies, and no third-party SDKs. Data you create in our apps stays on your device.

Information we collect
None. Our apps do not collect any data from you and do not transmit any data off your device.
Information stored on your device
Our apps store the content you create or import — such as documents you add to an app — inside that app's own storage area on your device. This content is never sent to us or to anyone else. It is under your control: you can view and remove it from within the app, and deleting the app removes it from your device.
If you have device backups enabled, this content may be included in your iCloud or computer backup. Those backups are managed by Apple under Apple's privacy policy, not by us. We have no access to them.
Third parties
Our apps do not include third-party analytics, advertising, crash-reporting, or tracking software. No third party receives information about you through our apps.
Tracking
We do not track you across apps or websites, and we do not request permission to do so under Apple's App Tracking Transparency framework, because we have no use for it.
This website
outpaceyou.com is a set of plain informational pages. We do not use cookies, analytics, or tracking scripts, and the site does not ask you for any personal information.
Our web host keeps standard server logs, which may include your IP address, the page requested, and your browser's user-agent string. These logs are generated automatically by the hosting infrastructure and are used only to operate and secure the site. We do not use them to identify you or build a profile of you.
Email you send us
If you write to help@outpaceyou.com, we receive your email address and whatever you choose to put in your message. We use it only to answer you, and we do not add you to any mailing list or share it with anyone.
Children
Our apps collect no data from anyone, including children under 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children, because we do not collect personal information at all.
Your rights
Privacy laws such as the GDPR and the CCPA give you rights over personal information a company holds about you — to access it, correct it, delete it, or object to its use. Because we hold no personal information about you, there is nothing for us to retrieve or erase. Data created in our apps is already in your hands: it lives on your device and you can delete it at any time. If you have written to us by email and would like that correspondence deleted, ask and we will delete it.
Changes to this policy
If this policy changes, we will post the revised version on this page and update the date at the top. Material changes affecting an app will be noted in that app's release notes.
