JPA PDF Order — Support
Answers to the usual questions, and a real address to write to.
We aim to reply within two business days.
Getting your charts in
There are three ways:
- Tap + in the song list and pick one or more PDFs.
- From any app, use the share sheet or Open in and choose JPA PDF Order.
- In the Files app, copy PDFs into On My iPhone (or On My iPad) › JPA PDF Order. They appear in the list the next time you open the app.
Setting the playing order
Press and hold a song in the list, then drag it up or down. The order is saved automatically and is remembered the next time you open the app.
Playing through a setlist
Swipe left and right on the chart to move through the pages of your whole setlist in order. When you reach the last page of a song, the next swipe takes you to the first page of the next song. The previous and next buttons in the toolbar jump a whole song at a time.
Filling the screen
Tap the chart once, or use the expand button, to hide the song list, the toolbar, and the status bar. A small label at the bottom keeps showing where you are. Tap again to bring everything back.
Removing songs
Swipe a song to the left in the list to delete it, or open the … menu and choose Clear All to empty the setlist. Both remove the app's copies of those PDFs. The originals in your Files app are not touched.
Song titles look wrong
Titles come from the PDF's file name, with underscores turned into spaces. To change a title, rename the PDF before adding it, or rename it in the app's folder from the Files app.
Making the song list easier to read
Open the … menu and use Larger List Text or Smaller List Text. Your choice is remembered.
Reporting a problem
Please include your device and iOS version, the app version, what you did, and what happened instead. A screenshot helps. If a specific PDF misbehaves, say so — but only send the file itself if you are comfortable sharing it.
Privacy
The app collects nothing and connects to nothing. See the privacy policy for this app.
